This tool serves to get wire (round, square or whatever needed) from
raw wire got from the rollers. For different cross-sections of wire obviously
there have to be used different hole irons.
The raw wire has to be filed pointed and then pulled with the appropriate
plier (shown above) in the right order through the holes. Each hole differs
in size slightly (typ. 0.05 mm) from the one before and reduces the wire
in the same size.
In this manner nearby any size can be reached. The filed point lasts
only a few holes, so the tip has to be filed pointed as often as necessary,
annealing frome time to time is also necessary to resoften the material.
